Jim Dolan FCSI
Jim is a qualified Chartered Wealth Manager with the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). He started his career with Friends Provident in 1991 and has worked for a number of private client stockbrokers, including three years trading commodities (base and precious metals) and currencies. Jim has a wealth of experience in trading techniques and strategies across various asset classes. He has held directorships with both private client investment and IFA firms. Before joining Creechurch, Jim held a non-executive directorship of a multi-award winning UK based discretionary fund manager.
Head of Private Wealth
Born and resident in the Isle of Man, Miles started his career with Friends Provident and has strong connections across the public and private sectors. Over the last 15 years, he has worked in marketing and dealing. In 2012 he joined Creechurch as a portfolio manager with responsibility for managing client portfolios. In 2019 he took over as head of private wealth. He is a senior member of the investment strategy committee and co-manager of the investment funds. Miles is a qualified investment manager and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI).
Head of Compliance
Damion has over 30 years of experience in the financial sector in the Isle of Man in insurance, banking, investment business and trust and corporate services. He has held senior compliance roles and acted as Money Laundering Reporting Officer. Before joining Creechurch in 2013, he previously worked at Bank of Bermuda, Allied Irish Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Damion holds the ICA International Compliance diploma and is a Fellow member of the International Compliance Association.
Chris Hutton MBE
Chairman & Finance Director
Chris is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced chief financial officer and operations director. He has experience in organising business strategies in educational and not-for-profit organisations. Throughout his career, Chris has overseen management of financial planning, accounting, human resources, IT and corporate health and safety. He has many years of experience in corporate legal and in the functions of company secretaries and clerking of governors/director’s meetings.
Dave Nixon FMCA
Dave is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants with over 25 years of post-qualification experience and is an independent director for a number of insurance companies and investment funds. For several years Dave held the position of Managing Director at Blackrock in the Isle of Man overseeing institutional, retail and private clients in addition to two authorised collective investment schemes. Previously he held positions as General Manager, Financial Controller and Company Secretary for investment companies. Between 1987 and 1992 he was General Manager/Finance Director of an international manufacturing company, having previously worked with the Ministry of Defence in senior management positions. Dave is based on the island and has a strong track record of achieving objectives and is recognised in the Isle of Man for his competitive, energetic and ethical approach to business. He brings with him an abundance of experience and knowledge.
